Virtual Inspections
Expedite your claims handling process by having us perform a virtual inspection using photos or video. We can evaluate damage claims from photos and provide a detailed report including the cause of damage, practicality of repair and estimates. Inspection Reports can be completed at a fraction of the time and cost of an onsite survey.
Onsite Damage Surveys
On more complex claims or where high value items are involved; an onsite inspection may be preferrable. We can survey and document damages, prior condition, and provide restoration estimates as well as all other pertinent information.
Consultations
Sometimes, you’ll need support for claim settlement, resolve an uncertainty, or minor dispute. An Insurance Loss Consultation may be an effective tool as a lesser cost alternative to a full appraisal. Consultations can have many benefits for:
- Confirmation of value
- Discussion of restoration procedures
- Determination if value and integrity have been compromised by the damage or repair
- Appearance allowance recommendations
Damage Loss Appraisals
Sometimes your transferee or assured is not sure of the value; or perhaps there’s a discrepancy as to the value of a damaged or missing item. Maybe your claimant has included a claim for loss in value to an item. We can write an appraisal report to help determine:
